Trick or Treat for Temple Street - Charity Meet
« on: September 24, 2011, 09:15:14 AM »
Hows things Lads , I ran this by Blitzer and decided to post it up here, It will be on most of the other forums aswell. We held a charity meet before a few years back for Cystic Fibrosis and Raised €3000 . Now, just people showing up and donating what they can on the night will make it a success so please try make it if you can.

This was the one from 2008 which was in association with Dtdirl.com, I'm a very active member over there, some dont like the site but can we put site politics aside for this -
DTDirl.com's Charity Meet

Its my gf and her mate that are arranging the event and this time its in aid of Temple Street Childrens Hospital so I'll just post up the facebook link and maybe have a look lads, numbers is whats going to make this a success.Lots of activities and a raffle on the night with some great prizes so far.
If your not on Facebook I'll copy and paste the info over if anyone need it.

http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?eid=210921288945457

Cheers,
Baz

Now that is a fantastic, Great value for money and no overheads,
I've been unfortunate enough to have had to visit Temple street when my little girl was only 3 weeks old,
She developed an infection under her skin that quickly became a big issue,
She and my Wife were in there for 10 days and nights, horrible time, but seeing what other Babies and their mammies and daddies had  to endure day in day out really made me appreciate what I had!
The staff where very helpful and friendly, but the fascilities where definately lacking so this is such a great cause!
I'm 100% up for this!
Fair play lad

Cant make it a official club meet as there its up on alot of sites, its for charity so we wanted to put the club/site thing to the sideline.

Bump lads.
I'm sure you all know someone who has been treated in Temple street Kiddies hospital!
They is no more worthy cause than this!
So please do your best to make it to this, and dig as deep as you can,
See you's there,

I'm the only Daddy on the list!
Maybe not enough people appreciate what this charity is about!
still I would have thought more would be up for a meet!
